We bought a house almost a year ago & although it passed the initial inspection we've had several severe issues! Go Pro Plumbing was highly recommended, so I gave them a call & was scheduled & serviced in a very reasonable time! Charlie was very professional & knowledgeable about all of our issues & got us taken care of in a timely manner! He is definitely our go-to plumber from now on! Thank you so much, Charlie!

We had only been in our new build 3 months when we experienced an unexpected sewer line stoppage. Naturally, it occurred on a Friday night. Called Go Pro Plumbing first thing Saturday morning and was amazed they could get to us on the same day. We were given a window for their ETA and were kept notified about their arrival time. Charlie spoke to us about the problem and gave us an expectation of the cost. It was very hard line to unstop but Charlie kept at it in 104 degree heat until he got us back operational. We liked him because he was very clear on what to expect, very courteous and respectful, and acted like he was taking care of his own parents. It is very clear he has what we would call old fashioned values, which we are drawn to. We selected him, in the first place, due to the great reviews we read. Turns out, what we read was what service we received!

Charlie is the MAN!!! It's so refreshing to be able to have someone reliable, honest and responsive. My new home closing depended on him being transparent and giving realistic expectations of what I might encounter. After I got my house, he followed up and his findings proved accurate. He came out, was able to locate a big leak quickly and repair it in no time! I don't know much about plumbing, but he was informative, personable and completely trustworthy. Although I thought the issue may be extensive, he relayed and resolved what ended up being a minor simple leak. He was professional and the most reliable plumber I've ever worked with. Price was more than fair and MUCH better than what I expected!! THANK YOU Charlie and Keep Up the amazing work. Excellent experience. Charlie is a blessing! Had a complicated leak between water line & irrigation & invasive root system. Charlie spent more time that most would trying to solve the issue. While he couldn't fix the problem, he gave me wise guidance. I appreciate his tenacity & kindness. Having an expense repair at hand is stressful & his thoughtfulness was so genuine & caring. Very happy with my Go Pro Plumbing service. The owner, Charlie, was extremely friendly and very professional. He worked all day until 2am to make sure that the leak was fixed and that I was happy with his work. Charlie also took the time to explain my broken pipe and the process for fixing it, all the way down to the quality material that he was utilizing. Charlie is captial A Amazing! He and the Go Pro Plumbing team were super responsive to our emergency when our pipes froze and we lost water to our entire house. Charlie was able to figure out the issue and get it fixed in a matter of hours when other plumbers said there was nothing to be done. He walked us through everything he was doing and what to do and what to avoid. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because the job that Go Pro did absolutely deserve it.

This business was above and beyond my expectations. Having plumbing problem for several years Charlie came to our rescue with a diagnosis and a short term solution. When we sold our house it required leveling which destroys the sewer system underneath the slab so we immediately got Charlie at Go Pro who was able to replumb the entire system via cramped tunnels and did it quick and at a reasonable price. This required a city inspector to sign off on his work. The inspector was so impressed that he went the extra mile to do the the job the best way not just the adequate performance he was used to seeing. All this added up to being able to reassure the new buyer everything was done even better than the city had required. In my many conversations with Charlie he understood completely what we needed whether it was a short term solution or resolving the problem completely and delivers fantastic service every time.
